Ready Set Lead is a half-day event designed to support outgoing and incoming committee members as we hand the baton over to the societies leading the way in 2026/27. Whether you're wrapping up your time on committee or stepping into a new role, this day is packed with everything you need to reflect, grow, and prepare.
Join us for a series of workshops and talks covering:
Design Principles - how to make your designs stand out
Employability - how to showcase your committee experience on your CV and in interviews
Sustainability in Events - building a greener future for your society
Networking and Handover - connect with your new committee members and ensure a seamless transition
Plus more talks and workshops throughout the afternoon!
Lunch refreshments will be provided throughout the day, followed by a special Awards Ceremony to celebrate everything our societies have achieved this year. We'll then break for dinner from 5pm to 6pm before inviting you back for an optional Outdoor Cinema event, so you can relax and enjoy the evening with your fellow society members.
